Construct a deck with stairs to grade at the rear of a single-family residence.

Remove wood deck – 18’X15’.

Add 645 SF to primary floor (famiy room, office and dining room) add a second floor 560 SF (office and primary room/bathroom.

Remodel Primary and Hall Bathroom.

Add 528 SF for a family room; renovate the kitchen, dining area, and deck.

Create a foundation and build a two-car garage with storage. Approximately 770 SF. Relocate pool equipment, wiring, and piping to a new location.

Update the interior of the existing home and install new systems. Install a foundation under the porches to make them part of the house, and add a 13-by-20-foot addition to the back of the house. Revised decreased scope: No longer creating an extension of the half-story; the existing half-story will remain as is. Revised scope of work. MJS, Nov. 16. Add air conditioning to the scope of work; an updated site plan is required showing the proposed condenser location.
