We will be installing two prefabricated meeting room 'Pods' at our Harry Bennett Branch library. All they will need is a sprinkler head to be installed in the ceiling which we will pipe in from the existing sprinkler system. These are self-contained, stand-alone meeting rooms that are plug and play, no hard wiring involved. The only costs, other than the cost of the actual prefabricated 'Rooms', would be for a plumber/fire protection team member to port the sprinkler heads through the 'Room' ceiling. Here are links to the 'Rooms' we've purchased: Manufacturer: ROOM, Product: Meeting Room Pro, https://room.com/Manufacturer: ZenBooth, Product: ZenBooth Quad, https://zenbooth.net/Each 'Room' has an approximately 60 SF footprint and are single story (@ 7-8 feet tall). PS: I had to select an option under 'Type of Minor Alteration' but since none were appropriate for this project I selected 'Siding'.
