Scope of WorkTrane XR14 Air Conditioning Replacement-Delivery and Installation of a Trane 5TTR4036A1000A 14 SEER2,3-ton R454B Air Conditioning Condenser, and a Trane 5AXAC009AS3HAA 3-ton evaporator coil. Included in the system installation is all necessary piping, wiring, and duct work transitions in the existing furnace plenum to accommodate new evaporator coil. A new copper refrigerant lineset will be ran from the evaporator coil at the furnace, through the basement, to the new condensing unit outside. Outdoor condensing unit will be set on a reinforced equipment pad leveled over crushed stone. A new pvc drain will be assembled and connected to a new acid neutralizing condensate discharge pump. A new Honeywell HZ311K zone control panel and two new EWC motorized dampers will be installed (sizes 18"x8" and 12"x12"). The existing thermostats will be reused. Entire system installation will be completed in a clean and professional manner that meets or exceeds manufacturer's specifications and local mechanical code. Removal and disposal of the existing equipment is included.
