PlumbingB-26-1273 · Building Permit
Interior renovation of approximately 50 SF on the first floor of an existing story residential dwelling. Convert the existing half bathroom into a full bathroom by using adjacent closet space to install a new shower. Work includes modifying non-load-bearing partitions as required, closing the existing closet opening, framing the shower area, waterproofing, tile installation, and new plumbing supply, drain, and vent connections. The existing toilet and lavatory will remain. No change to the building footprint, and no structural or load-bearing walls will be altered.
