Addition of shed dormer to second floor storage space. Dormer will be on the northwestern side of the building. The dormer will be approximately 13'-3 wide by 7'-6" High and contain two awning windows that will each be ~4' wide by ~3' High.

We propose to alter the existing maintenence structure/shed by adding ~109sf. Alterations will include the renovation of the current/existing first floor Meeting Room to include a Powder Room and Utility Sink. We will also renovate the Workshop/garage space. Plans also include adding a second floor to the structure that will include a Manager's Office and a Storage Room. Rough plumbing lines will be run to the second floor for a (possible) future kitchen and bath. 7/14/25-per applicant-the shed and the workshop/garage space are the same structure. 9/29/25-PER APPLICANT-"-We are no longer adding a full second story - The structure will be 1 1/2 stories. The expanded footprint will remain the same."
