Construct a two-story contractors' office, 21' plus or minus high (30' x 43' = 1,290 square feet), at the rear of the property. The new building includes two integral garage parking spaces, plus seven proposed exterior spaces. The existing three-family residence and its required parking are located entirely within the NB-Zone (six parking spaces required/provided).
